I’m truly excited to be the first one working exclusively with Customer Success at Waytobill and looking forward to interacting with all our present and future customers. I will help build our customer success function and put all my resources into seeing our merchants succeed. The financial market is the machinery which drives the progress of our society. Financial innovation coupled with smart new technology is something I really enjoy working with. During my 20+ years in the finance/fin-tech market, I've witnessed first-hand many of these new innovations but also many shortcomings and the potential for more efficient services.
I’ve worked for more than 20 years in finance and banking as a consultant, account manager and business analyst, so the customer success aspect has always been part of my daily tasks. Surprisingly, I’ve also gathered some technical knowledge.
I really enjoy the open and creative atmosphere we have here at Waytobill and even if we all work remotely we still feel very much like a tight-knit team despite all our different locations around Europe. I like how we’re all allowed to make our own decisions, as it’s clear proof that we’re trusted.
In my spare time, I like the great outdoors and will never say no to a long hike, regardless of the weather. We say in Sweden, ”There is no bad weather, only bad clothing”. Skiing is also a favourite hobby of mine which I don’t get to practice nearly as much as I would like to. I’m also really into strategic board games where you have to put your mind into your strategy and think about your next moves and tactic.
It might come as a surprise but I’m quite a good baker actually. I have a pizza oven and I honestly enjoy making my own loaves of bread.
