Eugerta brings 7 years of experience as a Java and backend developer to her work at Waytobill. With a Master’s in Information Systems Management, she plays a key role in developing new features, maintaining our platform, and helping merchants and customers get the most from our solution.
One of her biggest contributions? Designing and implementing our automatic retry and reminder system for failed payments—a flexible and configurable tool that adds real value for merchants. “It came with its share of challenges,” she says, “but it’s a feature that really helps and I’m proud of what we’ve built.”
For Eugerta, what stands out at Waytobill is the way ideas are shared across teams. “Every thought is important and taken into consideration. You’re never isolated—discussions with product management or frontend help us build better solutions.” The flexibility and strong team culture, including daily check-ins with our founders, make a big difference too.
Outside of work, Eugerta enjoys time with her young son, walks, healthy snacks (especially fruit!), and the balance remote work brings. “I'm not a crazy developer who codes all the time,” she laughs. “After work, I want to enjoy life—and working at Waytobill gives me the time to do that.”
